Canyon Center

Arch11 was commissioned to reappoint this 1980’s era office building into a LEED-certified, class A office building. Recently completing the interior common spaces has resulted in 100% lease rate for the owner, a substantial reduction of operating costs and an enlivened urban environment. The proposed exterior improvements to further enhance the building include: high-performance glazing with orientation-specific shade devices, exterior cladding to reduce the building scale, signage, and roof top photovoltaic arrays.
