Stapleton Cottages

Arch 11 provided masterplanning and architectural services for a thirty unit Stapleton neighborhood. The masterplan allows for a common urban green for housing to front to. Automobile access is relocated to the rear of each lot and housed in a detached garage with optional living/studio spaces. The houses themselves are designed as entry level homes ranging from 1000 to 1800 square feet. Arch 11 developed prototypes with interchangeable design elements. All construction is to be pre-fabricated house sections delivered to the site and erected on in situ foundations. Variation is achieved though interchangeable elements, siding type, window sizing and siding color. In several cases, elements of each home are left as framework for each homeowner to complete themselves adding to their sense of ownership. All materials are to be US Green Building Council Certified.
