Cedar House

This 3200sf, three bedroom, speculative home weaves familiar form with modern clarity and energy efficiency.  The open plan exploits daylit spaces and fosters natural ventilation.  All materials are locally sourced and VOC free.  The wood siding is recycled and the exterior paving are reused portions of runway from Denver’s Stapleton Airport.  Roof tiles are recycled rubber and interior floors are all FSC certified wood.
