Ogden Street

This contemporary addition to an early twentieth-century home in Denver’s Wash Park neighborhood is an act of preservation and innovation. The new space is a formal echo of the existing gambrel roof structure. The form is re-imagined as a light shell that pulls away from the original structure, leaving space for a new master suite and expanded Bulthaup kitchen. The new spaces establish direct connections to the yard and to the city.
