Kimble has collaborated with Arch11 since 1995. He has experience in design and management of complicated projects and a reputation for creating design at the highest level – confirmed by multiple design awards. Having worked on numerous building types, including mixed-use, corporate, and high-performance university buildings, he is expert in code issues as well as the planning and construction challenges of complex building types.
He previously acted as Director of Design for the Denver/Dallas offices of a national corporate architectural firm, and currently acts as a guest critic in design at the University of Colorado, Graduate School of Architecture and Planning. These experiences have honed his skills of working with teams of people and mentoring junior staff. As an enthusiastic team member he listens to clients and team members, integrating the ideas into comprehensive design concepts. Managing teams of people in pursuit of design excellence and making successful projects are an ongoing career focus. His approach to architecture and planning combines pragmatic realism with dedication to outstanding design.
