Re-envisioning the fast-casual dining concept into a space fitting the upscale, young professional neighborhood.
Chef Steven Redzikowski and restaurateur Bryan Dayton, successful partners behind Boulder’s award-winning Oak at Fourteenth, enlisted Arch11 to design a fast-casual rotisserie restaurant in Denver’s central Platte valley.
The bar and service counter are conceived as “furnishings” within the building’s existing public area. The palette consists of re-purposed oak, Carrara marble, chalkboard menus and patinaed steel, all detailed in a clean, modern aesthetic. The space is defined by a layering of textures, geometric wall planes and custom built-ins, along with bright green flashes of color that harmoniously mingle an old-soul feel with sleek contemporary lines.
