Arch11 was commissioned to reappoint this 1980s-era office building into a LEED-certified, class A office building.
Completing the interior common spaces has resulted in 100% lease rate for the owner, a substantial reduction of operating costs and an enlivened urban environment. Arch11 re-skinned the entire building exterior upgrading to a LEED certification. These improvements include: high-performance glazing with orientation-specific shade devices, cladding to reduce the building scale, new signage, and roof-top photovoltaic arrays.
